I take responsibility for helping to destroy my community with drugs, guns, and crime. My responsibility is meant to be held accountable, not to be glorified...\"<br />The transformation of Su'ganni's Mind and spirit was a struggle. This episode gives a glimpse into Su'ganni's journey of trauma and overcoming that pain to then go on to start doing amazing work as a change agent.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Episode Two: Transgenders Do Matter:</strong></p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the reputation of transgender incarcerated persons within Massachusetts \"male\" state prisons is bad. The incarcerated population view incarcerated trans folks as being informants, drama, and false accusers of sexual assault. Su'ganni speaks on the need for empathy, care, and support for inside transgenders, to help them with self-care, advocacy, accountability, and preparation for a positive reintegration back into society. The need for organizations to step up to empower inside trans folks and show the inside trans community that they really care through their actions not words.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Episode Four: The Path to Activism:</strong></p>\n<p>Su'ganni's painstaking road to redemption, value, and activism. Bad karma of doing harm and crime took Su'ganni on a path of anger, loss, and defeat. His transformation took him off of that dead road, then on a journey of fulfillment, joy, and victory. Helping people and activism fed his soul, built calmness, instilled compassion and mindfulness within him.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><br /><strong>Episode Five: Black &amp; Pink:</strong></p>\n<p>Black &amp; Pink is a national queer abolitionist organization that supports LBBTQ+ incarcerated individuals around the United States. This organization was founded in Massachusetts in the year 2005. Su'ganni speaks on his love for the organization through its good, bad, and ugly times. How he came to restart the Massachusetts chapter, calling it BPMC and the wonderful work his leadership team is doing to help this organization become influential.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Episode Six: Self-Defense Is a Human Right:</strong></p>\n<p>In an increasing world where mass shootings, gun violence, and hate crimes are the new normal, this podcast episode discusses the rationale and need for self-defense and community self-defense. Absolute last case scenario self-defense is a human right; it is not violence.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><br /><strong>Episode Seven: The LGBTQ+ Empowerment Manifesto:</strong></p>\n<p>A blueprint of queer organizing in a hostile prison environment, while inspiring human beings who identify as LGBTQ+, to reclaim their identity, reclaim their power, and to step into their highest potential self. Su'ganni speaks on his Rainbow Crown manifesto book, in detail of what inspired him to write out this manifesto.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Episode Eight: Growth &amp; Development:</strong></p>\n<p><br />Su'ganni's journey of growth and development. Shifting focus and transformation, resulting in the determination of mindfulness, family &amp; community development, and of being a change agent. Why just accountability, atonement, and positive programs where not enough. Building programs and enterprises to reflect Su'ganni's transformation was essential to Su'ganni for his redemption, reparations to his community, and progression.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><br /><strong>Episode Nine: May 24, 2024, Speech by Su'ganni Given at Violence Prevention Symposium:</strong></p>\n<p>Violence Prevention Awareness Day was organized by Su'ganni and his leadership team of UGP. Bringing all incarcerated persons of diverse ethnicities and creeds together to work on solutions to prevent crimes based off of hate, in our communities.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><br /><strong>Episode Ten: A Day in Prison:</strong></p>\n<p>A credible chronicle of how Massachusetts incarcerated individuals spend their days in Massachusetts state prisons. Also, a glimpse into how Su'ganni spend his days being incarcerated as a change agent.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Episode Eleven: First and Second President Trump's State of The Union:</strong></p>\n<p>March 4, 2025, the President of the United States made millions of transgender human beings feel unsafe and excluded by his tranphobic and transmisogyny remarks. While millions of other Americans felt alienated and targeted by the President's exclusive politics A year later, transgender folks are basically excluded from serving in the military, DEI is vilified, a Pastor Doug Wilson is looking to take women's voting rights, Americans feel less safe, and the cost of living is constantly increasing. What's next to come and what Americans could do to stop our American country from crashing.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Episode Twelve: Transformative Justice Circle.</strong></p>\n<p>What it takes for a person on the road to redemption to take accountability for violent crimes and/or their harms. At MCI-Norfolk, a self-improvement group entitled \"UGP\" is hosting Transformative Justice Circle Group workshops, where incarcerated persons work together to address personal, structural, and carceral harms.
